Hello! I’m Rodrigo, I’m 45 years old, and a true enthusiast of gastronomy, with a special passion for the rich and diverse Portuguese cuisine. My quest for life is contagious—I love sharing experiences and knowledge, always with a smile and plenty of laughter.
There’s nothing better to me than enjoying good food in the company of the best people… you! I believe that we all have something to add to each other’s life experiences, especially in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Together, we can explore new flavors, often ancestral, while learning about the culture and traditions of magical places full of stories.
I’ve always been passionate about the table and what’s served on it, and it would be a true privilege to share my experiences and knowledge with you. But more importantly, I’m eager to learn and hear what you have to share with me.

Meet Jaime: Cellar dweller, at your service
I don't know why exactly, but sharing memorable experiences with other people has made me feel good, since I was just a little kid.
Wether it was sharing ice cream with my friends in the summer of 85', beers with buddys from university in 95', or cooking in the wild in my fishing trips with mates since I can remember, sharing the finest things in life has allways been an absolute pleasure.
I'm an advocate for Braga and her people, a nature lover, acquainted with the region's mountains, rivers, and the sea. I intend to harness all that life experience to help craft these tours that will leave you wanting more.
